Purchase returns
We only accept purchase returns previously authorised by TopTen. We only accept purchase returns for goods that are faulty, damaged or sent by mistake on our part. We will refund the shipping charges with a voucher that can be use towards your next order
For european shippin (not italy) we accept order with advance payment by credit card or bank consignation.
If you are going to do your payment by consignation, we sent you an e-mail with the SWIFT or IBAN number.
